At this point, my most recent working save is 8,191KB, so I'm largely stuck from progressing unless I find a way to reduce the file size. The symptoms are a perfect match, and I didn't even think to check my save files at all, but it's the same issue with saves that are 8,192KB or larger.
This is the first thread that actually matches up to my problem exactly. 60 hours down the drain unless it's fixed, I'll save me time for now and play something else. Testing a few things out but as of now I don't feel like wasting any more time until it's fixed. I also it may be tied to the amount of money as well. I've tried every "Fix" that's been listed as a solution on other threads, no luck. I'd imagine this becomes more of an issue as people get further into their playthroughs. I noticed the long 30-60 second black screens before I really started getting into churning the craft/disa, probably just from disassembling everything I ever picked up from the start so it's not like really grinding out mats is the only way to run into the issue. All six of the broken are 8MB exactly in size, the playable are under or around 7.9MB, so almost there. I've been doing crafting/disassembling and this issue has come to play.Ĭurrently I have 6 unplayble saves, and 4 playable. Funny enough, I have the exact same problem and came to the exact same conclusion. It is also used for pools and other plant/installs in the outdoor area.Just created an account to comment on having this same issue.
Shovel: used in the planting cycle to dig the plant into the ground. Brush Cutter: does not mow as precisely or as fast as the petrol lawn mower, but is able to reach areas closer to plants, a house, the fence or the side bushes quicker and easier. Petrol Lawn Mower: cuts grass and weeds faster and with more control over where you're mowing than the bush cutter. Hose: removes dirt/stains from the outside of the house and waters plants in order to complete the planting cycle. Shovel: used to remove piles of gravel or remove mole hills on a lot. It is used so that the cockroaches can be sucked in and eventually removed from the house. Vacuum: you must first find a cockroach nest and then activate it. Plaster: used to fill holes in the walls of the house, a plaster bucket must first be bought from the shop to access and use it in the first place. Must be refueled after sustained usage, fuel can be purchased in the shop. Flamethrower Tool: ( added 10 th June 2020) burns grass, weeds, and furniture. Requires that you have a stack of any of the aforementioned items in order to panel walls. Tiling and Paneling Tool: apply panels, wallpaper, and tiles to walls. Demolition Tool: ( sledgehammer) removes interior walls. Doors can be placed directly underneath lintels unless another item or furniture is already blocking the way. Build Lintels Tool: used to separate rooms but still be able to enter the area.
It is often paired with the build lintels tool in order to make a room with an entryway.
Build Walls Tool: create additional walls in order to make rooms. Sell Objects Tool: used to remove items for money, can also be used to remove trash. Paint Tool: change the color of walls using one of the buckets of paint purchased in the shop. Clean Tool: ( mop) cleans dirt, graffiti, spills, and other stains on objects, walls, roof, and floor. Move Objects Tool: move and rotate furniture and other items, also used to pick up trash and remove weeds. Some tools can also be upgraded from the perks menu to unlock greater efficiency. Many of these are unlocked through completing jobs. There is a selection of tools used to renovate houses in House Flipper.
